THIS AGREEMENT "Agreement" is entered into by and between sensualcruises.com
and any individual, corporation, association, agency, company, or

"you").

8.You agree not to post ads or send unsolicited emails of any service to our

any format deemed to be professional or amateur work. You may use the Sex
Professionals section for this purpose. Direct approaches for services will
result in an instant ban.
9.No foul or otherwise inappropriate language will be tolerated. The script
checks for foul language and will strip it from posts, but if you try to get
around this, your ad is subject to being removed immediately and without
warning.
10.No racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated.
11.No ad promoting activities that would be illegal under the laws of the state
or province, or the country of domicile of sensualcruises.com shall be allowed.
Similarly, no ad promoting activities that would be illegal under the laws of
the state or province, or the country of domicile of the person posting the ad
shall be allowed.
12.Any ad that appears to be merely a test posting, a joke, or otherwise
insincere or non-serious is subject to removal.
13.sensualcruises.com reserves the ultimate discretion as to which ads, if any, are
in violation of these guidelines.
2. Intellectual Property Rights

to (i) violate the then-standard provisions of this Agreement or any other
standard, written sensualcruises.com policy in effect at that time, (ii) be harmful
to the rights of any User, sensualcruises.com, or other third parties, (iii) violate
applicable law, or (iv) be otherwise objectionable.
4. Termination
The only right with respect to dissatisfaction with any policies, guidelines, or
practices of sensualcruises.com in operating the sensualcruises.com, or any change
in Content, is for you to discontinue accessing the sensualcruises.com. sensualcruises.com may terminate or temporarily suspend your access to all or any
part of the sensualcruises.com, without notice, for conduct that sensualcruises.com believes is a violation of this Agreement or any policies or guidelines posted
by the sensualcruises.com, or for other conduct which sensualcruises.com believes, in
its sole discretion, is harmful to sensualcruises.com or other Users. sensualcruises.com may discontinue operating
sensualcruises.com and terminate this Agreement without
notice at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. In the event of
termination, you are no longer authorized to access the sensualcruises.com,
including the Interactive Areas, and the restrictions imposed on you with

disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall
survive.
5. Links; Disclaimers Of Warranties; Limitations of Liability

or affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents

OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE

THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NOR DO
ANY OF THEM MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE

TO THE TIMELINESS, SEQUENCE, ACCURACY, AUTHORITY, COMPLETENESS, USEFULNESS,

CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOUR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED OR ALLEGEDLY
CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, ELECTRICAL

7. Miscellaneous

from time to time, and such revision shall be effective two (2) days upon
